The company was founded by professionals with direct, hands-on experience in high-security, high-risk environments — including the Department of Energy (DOE) Pantex Nuclear Weapons Facility in Amarillo, TX.
With a background in DOE Safety, Project Management, and Subcontractor oversight, JB MONARCH understands the unique operational and regulatory challenges faced by contractors operating in mission-critical facilities. The firm’s leadership brings extensive experience managing subcontractor compliance, verifying construction progress against approved schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to DOE safety and quality frameworks such as 10 CFR 851 (Worker Safety and Health Program) and Nuclear Quality Assurance-1 (NQA-1).
